Indexkeeper

IndexCheckr alternatives: Google index checkers and monitors compared

IndexCheckr is a well-known bulk Google index checker with recurring checks. If you want a different pricing model, Search Console as the data source, or something free, here is how the options compare. Prices are from each vendor's public pricing page, checked 2026-11-01; they change, so follow the links.

Disclosure: we build Indexkeeper, which is in this table. It is not released yet: the extension is in development and not on the Chrome Web Store. We list what it is designed to do and say so.

How to choose

What "index checker" tools usually don't do

None of them can make Google index a page. Google's Indexing API is limited to job postings and livestream pages. "Auto-submit" features send URLs to third-party indexing services that bill separately; whether those help is disputed, and they are not a Google service.

Indexkeeper: the no-code version of this

A Chrome extension that re-checks your sitemap URLs through the same official API and alerts you when one drops out of Google's index. Free for 50 URLs; Pro $9/month. It is not on the Chrome Web Store yet: leave your email and we send one message when it is.

You're on the list. We'll email you once, when Indexkeeper is live.
